We aim to respond to support requests within 3–7 business days. Response times may vary depending on request volume and the complexity of the issue.

Troubleshooting Before Contacting Support

• Restart the app and try again.
• Update to the latest available app version.
• Sign out and sign back in if authentication-related features are not working properly.
• Ensure your device has enough storage space for downloads.

Account Deletion

Account deletion is available within the app. If you need help with the deletion process, or cannot access your account to delete it yourself, contact support at crhubmyanmar@gmail.com.
