Creator Resource Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: email, user ID, profile info (username, photo, bio).
Ticket data: information you submit in tickets (contact info, transaction reference, messages, evidence links/images).
Usage data: app usage analytics (Firebase Analytics may be enabled later), crash/error logs, device info.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and operate the app, including ticket processing.
Manage subscriptions, purchases, earnings, and payouts.
Improve app performance and prevent fraud/abuse.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage

We use Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Storage). We apply security rules and safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with Firebase/Google services and with legal authorities when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal/accounting purposes. After deletion, most data is removed within 30–90 days unless retention is legally required.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
